Satisfaction Guarantee
Undecorated "Blank" Merchandise
We guarantee your satisfaction with your order of undecorated merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise upon delivery and inspection, please refuse delivery and/or return the goods to us in original and un-opened and un-used condition immediately.95% of the time we can issue a full credit if we receive returned goods within 15 days of initial delivery.
Decorated Merchandise
We guarantee your satisfaction with your order of decorated merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise upon delivery and inspection, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.As ThinkBIG Promotions has a client-approval process in place for every order of decorated goods, we only accept returns for orders with damaged goods, goods which do not adhere to approved proofs, and (rarely), misprinted goods.
On-Time Delivery
ThinkBIG Promotions guarantees on-time delivery for orders placed with standard lead-time of 14 days. For orders placed with a lead-time of less than 14 days (see "Rush Service", below), On-Time delivery policy does not apply.RUSH Service
Orders placed with less than a 14 day lead-time are subject to a 25% surcharge. Order places with less than a 7 day lead-time are subject to a 50% surcharge. *Limitations on available merchandise and decoration option(s) will apply.* RUSH Service orders require 100% pre-payment. For orders placed with lead time of under two weeks, Think BIG is not responsible for vendor decoration errors or delivery delays. Payments for RUSH service orders are non-refundable.Price Matching
ThinkBIG Promotions will price match quotes from domestic competitors on stock items. Price Matching policy does not apply to re-orders or custom-manufactured goods. ThinkBIG Promotions reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.Over/Under Policy
Unless "Exact Quantity" is requested, ThinkBIG Promotions reserves the right to over/under ship on your order by 10%. Sometimes there are fees from our vendors for "Exact Quantity" orders.Privacy Policy
ThinkBIG Promotions does not sell any information on our clients to any third party, nor do we release any said information unless legally obligated to do so.Art Service
If contracted for art or design services, ThinkBIG Promotions reserves the right to use produced work (and initial layouts, comps, etc.) to show to other clients and prospective clients. All trademarks and copyrights remain the legal property of their owners.Terms of Sale
- Our acknowledgement forms show quoted pricing for each job. Applicable taxes and freight will apply to your order(s). Freight charges are a function of shipping method requested. Unless otherwise specified, UPS Ground Service is used.
- For Custom-Decorated Goods: Order is not subject to cancellation. All shipments subject to quantity variation of plus or minus 10%, unless "EXACT QUANTITY" is requested (additional charges may apply.)
- In order for us to proceed with your order in a timely manner, we require properly formatted ARTWORK, a SHIP TO address and a requested IN HANDS date, as well as your signature and printed name on our order acknowledgement form.
- Production on your order will be delayed unless a signed copy of the acknowledgement is faxed to ThinkBIG Promotions, Inc. at 212-208-6886.
Financial Terms
Payment not received within established credit terms are subject to interest of 2.5% per month. If your account is turned over to collection, you agree to pay associated fees including but not limited to collection fees, attorney's fees and litigation fees.
